1. ABOUT THE SHOP
My Zuku Shop is an online store managed by Marina Lorenzo, a freelance illustrator.
It offers illustrated merchandise (goodies) created by the artist, primarily keychains manufactured by Vograce.
Other product types (stickers, custom commissions, etc.) may be added in the future.

2. PRODUCTS
All items available for purchase are illustrated by the creator. The visuals shown on the website are actual photographs of the products taken by the seller. Each item is sold subject to availability.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Payments are secure and can be made through:
- PayPal
- Credit card (Visa)
- Apple Pay
An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped via La Poste within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:
- France: 2 to 10 business days
- International: 1 to 3 weeks
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local postal conditions.

5. SHIPPING AREAS
The shop ships worldwide.Customers are advised to check any postal restrictions applicable in their country.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Items must be returned in perfect condition. A partial refund may apply if the product is damaged.

7. CUSTOM ORDERS / COMMISSIONS
Custom orders (commissions) are not available yet. This option will be introduced in the future.
Once available, custom pieces will not be eligible for return or refund, unless a mistake has been made by the seller.

8. LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
A full refund will be issued if: the package is declared lost by La Poste, the package never arrives, the items arrive damaged (photos must be provided within 48 hours of delivery).

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All visuals, illustrations, and products are the intellectual property of Marina Lorenzo. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

10. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected during the order process is used exclusively to fulfill the order. No information is sold or shared with third parties.
